Part-Time Coach – 16 Hours Per Week (Employed)Looking for more than just another coaching job?

At On Target Fitness, we help people of all experience levels achieve their goals through expert coaching in a welcoming and supportive environment. From complete beginners to experienced gym-goers, our members come to train hard, enjoy the process and be part of a fantastic community.

We're looking for a coach who shares that vision.

Creates a fun, welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.
Enjoys coaching people of all experience levels and helping them reach their potential.
Is reliable, professional and enjoys being part of a team.
Naturally builds great relationships with members and understands that coaching is about people first.
Wants to contribute to the long-term growth of On Target Fitness.

We're looking for someone with the right attitude first. Qualifications will get you an interview, but it's your personality, energy and ability to build relationships that will make you successful here.

The Role

16 hours per week (varied shift pattern)
A mix of early morning, evening and Saturday shifts.
Employed position (not self-employed).
Paid holiday entitlement.
Coaching small group personal training sessions (up to 9 people).
Supporting members throughout their fitness journey.
Opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as On Target Fitness continues to grow.

Essential

Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualified.
Current First Aid certificate.
Excellent communication skills.
Passion for coaching people of all abilities.
