Could you help keep essential financial processes running smoothly across Government?
As Administration Officer within Finance Shared Services, you'll support a range of financial activities for Government Departments, Boards and Offices. From processing invoices and monitoring outstanding payments to handling banking information and maintaining financial records, you'll play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations.
You'll work across debtor and creditor processes, respond to queries, maintain accurate information within financial systems and help ensure transactions are processed efficiently and in line with financial regulations. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll gain experience across a variety of finance functions while contributing to a service that sits at the heart of Government.
