We're looking for a Creative Content Producer to become a key part of our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life through video, design and digital content. Working closely with our Managing Director, you'll help create engaging, high quality careers education resources that inspire young people and support teachers in delivering outstanding careers education.
No two days will be the same. One week you might be editing videos for a new series, designing classroom resources or preparing content for our digital platform. The next, you could be filming new content, experimenting with AI tools to improve our production processes, or helping develop entirely new products that will be used by schools across the country.
This isn't a role where you'll simply follow a brief. We want someone who is creative, organised and curious, who enjoys contributing ideas, solving problems and taking ownership of projects from concept through to publication. Key Responsibilities
- Produce high quality video and digital content for MYPATH's careers education platforms using Final Cut Pro and other creative software.
- Edit, export, quality assure and publish video content across our digital platforms, ensuring resources meet MYPATH's high standards.
- Design and develop engaging educational resources, including classroom worksheets, presentations, printable materials, graphics and supporting content.
- Assist in planning, filming and producing new video content, both in our office and on location when required.
- Work closely with the Managing Director to develop new products, content ideas and innovative resources that support schools and inspire young people.
- Use AI and emerging creative technologies to improve production workflows, increase efficiency and enhance the quality of our resources.
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Upload, organise and maintain digital resources across the MYPATH Unlimited platform, ensuring content is accurate, consistent and easy for customers to access.
- Contribute creative ideas for new products, series and improvements to existing resources, helping shape the future direction of MYPATH's content.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, promotional videos and social media content that showcase MYPATH's products and services.
- Ensure all content reflects MYPATH's brand, tone of voice and commitment to producing high quality careers education resources.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, freelance contributors and external partners to deliver engaging, impactful content for schools across the UK.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties appropriate to the role as required.
Pay: £18,000.00 per year
