OTE - £30 - 45K

Working from 2PM - 10PM to cover US region

We have a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their sales career!!

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our new Outreach team and fuel our sales pipeline through outbound calling and lead generation.

This is a crucial role in our sales team, focused on engaging potential B2B customers from our existing data sets, qualifying leads, and securing opportunities for our Inside Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential B2B clients using provided lead lists or prospecting platforms
Drive interest in Epos Now’s product suite through value-based conversations
Qualify leads based on company fit, buyer persona, and engagement level
Book qualified appointments and demos for the Inside Sales team
Manage follow-up communications to maximise conversion rates
Maintain accurate records of activity, call outcomes, and lead status in CRM

Performance KPIs:

Outbound Calls
Daily/weekly targets, including talk time

Leads Generated
Number of qualified leads passed to Sales

Demos Secured / Opportunities Created:
Booked for Inside Sales team

Pipeline Contribution
Volume and quality of opportunities created

Customers Acquired:

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in an outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation role (B2B preferred)
Strong communication skills – confident, persuasive, and clear
Resilience and determination – thrives under pressure and rejection
Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a high-activity environment
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and prospecting tools
