Facilities Manager – Whitehaven
Salary: £14.37 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (0630 1530)

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a new opportunity in Whitehaven? We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to manage our site, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a safe, well-functioning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day facilities management of the site, including building maintenance.
Manage and coordinate contractors and suppliers.
Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment for staff and visitors.
Address maintenance issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Manage a team of Security Officers

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in facilities management.
Previous experience of leading and managing a team.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to work with teams, contractors, and senior management.
