We are seeking a dedicated and personable Casual Spa Therapist to join our professional team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional spa treatments, ensuring clients enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. This role offers flexible hours suitable for those seeking part-time work or supplementary income, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality customer service in a tranquil environment. The position is paid and ideal for individuals passionate about wellness and beauty therapy.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies in accordance with established protocols.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable treatments and provide personalised recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised treatment area at all times.
- Ensure client comfort and confidentiality throughout all treatments.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest spa techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training sessions.
- Promote additional spa services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
Skills
- Proven experience or training in massage therapy, skincare, or related wellness treatments is desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients professionally and empathetically.
- Ability to apply makeup confidently when required for specialised treatments or events.
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety are maintained.
- Friendly, approachable demeanour with a genuine passion for helping clients feel relaxed and pampered.
Level 3 beauty therapist qualification is required for this role.
