ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Experience: Proven management in a Mechanical Engineering workshop (CNC experience is not transferable).
Skills: Strong fabrication (stainless/mild steel), solid TIG/MIG, and ability to read engineering drawings.
Logistics: Full UK Driving License & current UK Right to Work (no relocation offered).

THE ROLE Lead daily operations across 3 workshops (Stainless, Mild Steel, Machine Shop) in a fast-paced environment.

Operations & Planning: Allocate labor, manage fabrication packs, track project hours, and hit strict deadlines.
Quality & Safety: Enforce H&S compliance, conduct quality checks, and maintain accurate logs.
Technical Collaboration: Partner with Design and Project Managers to resolve technical and site issues, and continuously improve processes.

You will need to be based within 30 miles of PE14 and eligible to work in the UK.
