Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telesales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients via telephone, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to develop their careers within a supportive environment. Fluency in English is essential.

Duties

Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions effectively
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Achieve individual sales targets whilst contributing to team objectives

Qualifications

Proven experience in cold calling is prefered
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and leads effectively
Demonstrated ability to persuade and negotiate with clients over the phone
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team
Prior experience in telemarketing or sales roles is desirable
