Full job description

We are looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Warehouse Assistant / Technical Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse while also assisting with technical support, equipment and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, has good attention to detail and is keen to develop their technical skills. No previous experience necessary, just a desire to work.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, check and organise incoming deliveries and stock.
Pick, pack and prepare materials and equipment for dispatch.
Maintain accurate stock records and keep the warehouse organised.
Load and unload goods safely.
Assist with the preparation of orders and ship to customers.
Carry out basic technical checks and report faults or issues.
Assist technical and operational staff with day-to-day requirements.
Ensure tools, equipment and working areas of the office are kept clean, safe and well maintained.
Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
Undertake other warehouse and technical duties as required.

We are looking for someone who is:

Practical, dependable and hardworking.
Organised with good attention to detail.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties.
Confident using basic IT systems for stock control and administration.
Interested in developing technical knowledge and practical skills.
Able to follow instructions and work safely.
