Are you a Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Assistaint looking for an opportunity to work for an established law firm based in Sutton Coldfield?

We are offering a full time position on a permanent basis.
You will work directly with a fee earner/solicitor in the conveyancing department, where your key duties will include:

Assisting with the conveyancing fee earners caseloads
Opening new instructions and liaising with clients and third parties
Obtaining clients ID and checking the ID/proof of address
Performing searches
Providing conveyancing quotes
Prepare draft contract packages on the sale files and request contracts on the purchase files
Digital dictation
Working on a case managerment system (full training will be given)

To be considered for this Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Assistaint role based in Sutton Coldfield you must have at least 12 months+ experience working in a similar role, have a full understanding and knowledge of the conveyancing process, be a confident and articulate individual.
