Junior Showroom Assistant – Internship (2 Months) | Casamance Limited, Luxury Interiors & Fabrics | Chelsea Harbour, London

We're looking for a driven, client-focused Junior Showroom Assistant to join our tight-knit team at our London Showroom for a 2-month internship, working with premium and luxury interior brands trusted by leading designers and specifiers.

Travel and food expenses covered.

About the role

You'll be the face of our Showroom under our Showroom Manager — building lasting relationships with A&D, specifiers, and clients while supporting B2B sales in a fast-paced, luxury environment. This internship is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in client relationships, sales, and Showroom operations within the luxury interiors world.

What you'll be doing

Building and nurturing relationships with existing, returning, and new clients, delivering a premium and luxury, personalised experience
Supporting outreach to dormant accounts and helping develop new business
Stock management and sample organising (40% of your time)
Supporting client meetings in the Showroom (and occasionally on-site), backed by a solid understanding of our sales strategy
Advising clients on sampling, product selection, and bespoke requests, building technical product knowledge along the way
Supporting project management via CRM and helping track KPIs
Representing our brands at design events and exhibitions (Design Week, Focus, client breakfasts, and more)
Contributing fresh ideas to move the Showroom forward

What we're looking for

A genuine passion for design, craftsmanship, and materials
Confident, warm communicator who genuinely enjoys getting to know clients and their projects
Strong commercial awareness, with a natural flair for spotting opportunities
Highly organised and adaptable, comfortable in a busy, high-end environment
Interest or background in interiors, design, sales, or a related field (previous experience is a plus but not essential)
