Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated General Assistant to join our team, supporting daily operations across various departments. As a General Assistant, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery, providing support to staff and guests alike. Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with team members and guests to facilitate smooth operations
Working across multiple departments- bar, reception, housekeeping, restaurant etc in hotel as required
Provide general administrative support, including answering inquiries and directing visitors

Skills

Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with patients, staff, and visitors
Proficiency in IT systems for administrative tasks
Excellent organizational skills
Customer-focused attitude
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining attention to detail
Adaptability to handle multiple responsibilities

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
