Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations & Compliance Manager to lead our operational excellence and ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards across our organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operational processes, implement quality assurance protocols, and cultivate a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. Your proactive leadership will drive efficiency, uphold industry standards, and support the organization’s mission to deliver exceptional service and operational integrity.

Duties

Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
Lead compliance initiatives by establishing policies aligned with industry regulations and internal standards, ensuring all activities meet legal and quality requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to compliance protocols, quality assurance standards, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement, implement corrective actions, and foster a culture of continuous enhancement.
Manage documentation related to compliance activities, audit reports, incident investigations, and corrective action plans.
Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance policies, quality assurance practices, and operational procedures.
Stay informed about evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices to proactively update policies and procedures.

Initial Target:

Create a Health & Safety Management System
Create a Risk Assessment & Method Statement Framework
Implement ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
Achieve CHAS accreditation
Ensure Legal Compliance
Develop Policies & Procedures
Prepare Tender Submissions

Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management with a strong focus on compliance and quality assurance.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Strong analytical skills to assess processes, identify gaps, and develop effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills for training staff, conducting audits, and reporting findings clearly.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance methodologies.
Ability to lead change initiatives with enthusiasm and motivate teams toward shared goals.

Preferred but not required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
