Your Role
- Processing invoices accurately and effectively on a daily basis to ensure all amounts are paid within payment terms.
- Dealing with any queries relating to the invoices received to ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner and to minimise backlog.
- Do monthly supplier statement reconciliations against the ledger and request copies or further information as required.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with month end targets.
- Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
- Following health & safety procedures at all times.
- Making a difference every day to the customer experience.
