Property Administrator In Estate Agency - Maggs & Allen – Clifton, Bristol (with parking)

Are you currently working in Estate Agency?

We are looking for an organised, professional and proactive Property Administrator to join our busy property team.

Estate agency or property administration experience in Estate Agency (preferred).

We are a well-established independent property consultancy specialising in residential and commercial sales, lettings, auctions, surveying, and investment services throughout Bristol and the surrounding areas.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Clifton office with parking available.

Key Responsibilities

Handling incoming telephone calls, emails and general enquiries.
Preparing property particulars and letters
Uploading and maintaining property listings across online portals and the Company website.
Liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers and colleagues across the business.
Assisting with compliance procedures, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
Maintaining accurate records and updating the Company's CRM system.
Providing general administrative support to the Property Auctions team.

The successful candidate will have:

Estate agency or property administration experience in Estate Agency (preferred).
Previous administration or secretarial experience (essential).
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A professional, friendly and confident telephone manner.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively within a busy team environment.

What We Offer

Full-time, permanent employment.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Parking space or permit parking provided.
