About This Role
We are seeking patient and caring Healthcare Assistants to support a bright, independent teenage girl with a fun and outgoing personality within her home environment.
She has a great sense of humour and enjoys social interaction, spending time with friends, and taking part in baking and other fun, hands-on activities.
She also loves listening to music and values a consistent routine, including relaxing bubble baths twice a week, which she particularly enjoys.
She is actively involved in her own care and is confident in expressing her preferences and needs.
The ideal candidate will be patient, reliable and compassionate, with the ability to build a positive and trusting relationship while supporting her independence and daily routines.
The role involves providing care throughout the evening and night, including personal care, medication support and attending to her clinical care needs, ensuring she remains safe, comfortable and well supported at all times..
This role requires flexibility to work both evening and waking night shifts, and availability for both is essential.
We offer permanent contracts of employment, paid training, and cover the cost of your DBS check.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting children or young people with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
- Be pet friendly, as the client has a cat within the home.
We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
