Production Operative – Late Shift
Location: Strongdor Factory, Morecambe
Salary: Starting salary of £27,977.25 (+10% shift allowance)

Do you want to work 4 days and enjoy a 3-day weekend every week? Our late shift hours are Monday to Thursday 2:45pm to 12:45am.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Production Operative, you'll play an important role in creating our industry-leading steel doors.

You'll be:

Working as part of a supportive team to manufacture bespoke steel doors to specification and quality standards
Operating machinery, tools and production equipment safely and efficiently
Following safe working practices and operating procedures
Maintaining high housekeeping standards
Sharing ideas for improvements
Supporting different areas of production when required

What we are looking for:

Good timekeeping
A structured and organised approach to work
A positive, can-do attitude
Flexibility to adapt to different tasks
Previous manufacturing experience (desirable)
