Tonbridge School Centre hosts a wide range of children’s parties throughout the year, providing fun, active and memorable experiences for families in the local community. Our Party Hosts play a key role in delivering these events, creating a welcoming, safe and engaging environment where children can enjoy a variety of sports and activities. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, Party Hosts help ensure every party is well organised, energetic and enjoyable from start to finish.
This post presents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable individual who enjoys working with children in an active environment. The successful candidate will prepare equipment, welcome families, lead activities and ensure parties run smoothly in line with established session plans. They will be confident communicating with children, parents and colleagues, with the ability to create an inclusive and positive atmosphere for all participants. Experience working with children is essential, whether through coaching, teaching, childcare or similar roles, while previous experience delivering children’s parties or sports activities would be advantageous. A flexible, proactive approach and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience will be essential to succeed in this role.
Hours of work:
This is a casual role with no guaranteed hours. Work is primarily available at weekends during term time, with the possibility of weekday hours during school holidays, depending on booking levels.
Rate of pay:
£26.50 per hour, including proportionate holiday pay.
