Job Summary

Location: Richards Bros, Cardigan

Richards Bros is looking for an organised and reliable Accounts and Office Assistant to join our team at our Cardigan office.

The successful applicant will assist with the day-to-day accounts function while also providing general administrative support.

Main duties will include:

Assisting with general accounts, bookkeeping and Payroll duties
Processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
Processing employee timesheets accurately
Answering telephone calls
Taking day tour & Holiday bookings
Responding to general enquiries from customers and staff
Carrying out general office and administrative duties
Providing support to other members of the office team when required

Previous accounts or bookkeeping experience would be an advantage. Applicants should have good computer and communication skills, be well organised and able to work accurately.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with a one-hour lunch break.

35 hours per week

Salary will be discussed and will depend on experience.
