Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to lead our online presence and elevate our brand visibility across digital platforms and sites (Devon, Madeira & London).

In this role, you will develop innovative marketing strategies, manage social media channels, and execute campaigns that engage our target audiences. Your expertise in SEO, content creation, and analytics will drive measurable results, helping us connect with B2B clients and expand our digital footprint. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our digital narrative while honing your management and marketing skills in a fast-paced environment. Please note this is NOT a remote role. Please do not apply if you are not local to Devon.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals, including SEO optimization, email marketing, and B2B marketing initiatives.
Manage and grow social media channels by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers to foster community engagement.
Manage online platform (Kajabii) and Shopify
Oversee project management tasks related to marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget parameters.
Utilise design tools to create visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
Maintain and update the company website (Webflow), ensuring content is current, accurate, and optimized for search engines.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools; prepare reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms; communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in SEO best practices, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
Skilled in copywriting with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for B2B audiences.
Good knowledge of IT tools relevant to digital marketing.
Excellent communication skills in English; capable of articulating ideas clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated project management abilities with excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities.
Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
