SCHOOL VACANCY

Headlands Primary School are seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to provide support for a Year 6 child with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

Level 2 TA qualification or equivalent
Experience in a classroom environment, especially supporting children within mainstream primary within the last 2 years
Knowledge/Experience of working with children with SEN needs
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to plan and organise and to use own initiative
The ability to assist with assessment and monitoring of pupil progress
Committed to maintaining high standards
Flexible and a team player
