What you will be doing...

Tooling Coordinator - Engineering, based at Leeds Bradford Airport.

As a Tooling Coordinator in our Engineering team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly behind the scenes. Supporting our Tooling Support team, you’ll ensure we deliver on our mission — ‘Right Tool, Right Place, Right Time’ — by bringing strong organisation, data insight and collaboration into everything you do. Reporting to the Senior Tooling Supervisor, this is a varied, hands-on role where no two days look the same.

What you’ll be doing

Provide data analysis and reporting to support tooling projects, budgets and operational decisions
Maintain accurate records for training, authorisations and compliance, coordinating renewals where needed
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to support tooling activity and vendor performance
Support training coordination, including booking courses and updating ELMS records
Monitor and manage Technical Assist requests, ensuring timely updates and closure
Produce insights on tooling performance (e.g. usage trends, shelf life and stock checks)
Coordinate team administration, including roster oversight, inductions and HR support
Manage logistics such as vehicle servicing, medical bookings and consumable stock levels
Review and process invoices and support general departmental administration

What you’ll bring

Strong IT skills, including MS Office, with good Excel and data analysis capability
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Confidence handling sensitive information with discretion
A continuous improvement approach and willingness to challenge processes
