This is far more than an administration position.
You'll become the organisational backbone of the business whilst also helping shape the public image of the Wrapd Studios brand across social media.
No two days are the same.
One morning you may be replying to customer enquiries and booking jobs. The afternoon could involve filming content, editing reels, designing graphics or helping organise an upcoming event.
You'll work directly alongside the company director and become a key member of a young, ambitious team.
Your ResponsibilitiesAdministration
- Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, website and social media
- Booking appointments and updating our workshop schedule
- Producing quotations and invoices
- Managing customer records and CRM systems
- Ordering stock and liaising with suppliers
- General office administration
- Managing diaries and appointments
- Assisting with finance administration where required
Social Media Management
- Planning and scheduling content
- Managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Responding to messages and comments
- Growing our online community
- Creating engaging captions
- Monitoring social media performance
- Keeping up with current trends
Content Creation
- Photographing customer vehicles
- Filming workshop content
- Editing short-form videos (Reels & TikToks)
- Designing graphics using Canva or Adobe
- Creating promotional campaigns
- Producing behind-the-scenes content
- Assisting with YouTube and longer-form content where required
Marketing
- Assisting with paid advertising campaigns
- Email marketing
- Website updates
- SEO improvements
- Event planning
- Product launches
- Brand development
- Working alongside external marketing partners

Working Hours
- Full Time
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturdays during events or busy periods (overtime available)
Salary
Competitive salary depending on experience.
