About the Role
Bonus Skins Gaming Media UK Ltd is looking for an analytical, detail-focused and commercially aware Digital Content Compliance Specialist to review digital publishing, promotional and affiliate-marketing content across its gaming media platforms.
The successful candidate will help ensure that website articles, promotional pages, email campaigns, social media content and commercial partnerships follow internal standards and applicable advertising, consumer-protection and responsible-marketing requirements.
Working closely with editors, content writers, SEO specialists, affiliate managers and legal or compliance advisers, the specialist will review claims, promotional terms, disclosures and age-related messaging before publication. The role will also support ongoing monitoring, record keeping, issue remediation and team training.
This position is suitable for a compliance, publishing or digital-marketing professional with experience reviewing regulated or commercially sensitive content who is ready to take greater ownership of content approval and monitoring activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review website content before publication or significant revision
- Check promotional articles, comparison pages and marketing materials
- Confirm that commercial claims are accurate, supportable and clearly presented
- Review bonus descriptions, eligibility criteria and promotional conditions
- Ensure important limitations and conditions are displayed prominently
- Verify that affiliate relationships and sponsored content are disclosed clearly
- Review calls to action, headlines, banners and promotional graphics
- Identify potentially misleading, exaggerated or incomplete statements
- Check that content does not present gaming activity as risk-free
- Review age-related notices and audience restrictions
- Support responsible-marketing and safer-gaming content standards
- Check that financial or promotional language is presented responsibly
- Review email-marketing campaigns and automated customer communications
- Examine social media posts before release
- Review landing pages created for campaigns and partner promotions
- Assess third-party content supplied by affiliate partners
- Verify that promotional links direct users to the intended destination
- Check that expired or withdrawn offers are updated or removed
- Monitor live website pages for compliance issues
- Conduct scheduled content audits across digital channels
- Maintain an accurate register of reviewed and approved content
- Record identified issues, required corrections and approval decisions
- Track remediation actions through to completion
- Escalate significant or repeated concerns to senior management
- Support investigations into customer complaints about published content
- Gather evidence and maintain clear compliance audit trails
- Assist with responses to internal and external information requests
- Help develop content-review checklists and approval procedures
- Maintain guidance for writers, editors and marketing teams
- Communicate compliance requirements in clear, practical language
- Provide feedback to content creators on required amendments
- Deliver brief training sessions and awareness updates
- Monitor changes in relevant advertising and digital-publishing guidance
- Summarise important developments for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with SEO teams without compromising content standards
- Work with affiliate managers to resolve partner-content concerns
- Support due-diligence reviews of prospective commercial partners
- Assess the reputational risks associated with campaigns and promotions
- Review customer testimonials, ratings and comparison statements
- Check that data and statistics are sourced and presented appropriately
- Support privacy reviews for forms, tracking tools and marketing activities
- Contribute to risk assessments for new content formats and channels
- Prepare monthly compliance reports and issue summaries
- Monitor recurring problems and recommend preventive controls
- Manage multiple reviews and publication deadlines
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the content-governance framework
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or professional qualification in Law, Compliance, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or a related subject
- At least two years of experience in compliance, digital publishing, advertising review or regulated marketing
- Experience reviewing online content against policies or external requirements
- Understanding of digital marketing and affiliate-publishing practices
- Ability to identify unclear, misleading or unsupported claims
- Experience reviewing promotional terms and customer-facing communications
- Strong written English and content-editing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to interpret policies and apply them consistently
- Confidence providing constructive feedback to writers and marketers
- Experience maintaining approval records and audit trails
- Ability to manage sensitive commercial information
- Strong organisational and time-management skills

Pay: £30,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
