About the Role
Are you high-energy, safety-conscious, and great with people? We are looking for a motivated Clip 'n Climb Instructor and Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our facility, ensuring every climber has a fun, safe, and memorable experience. You will be responsible for briefing climbers, supervising the arena, managing safety equipment, and supporting our front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities
Safety Instruction: Conduct clear, engaging safety briefings for groups of all ages and abilities.

Arena Supervision: Monitor the climbing arena to ensure all climbers follow safety procedures and are correctly harnessed and clipped in.

Customer Experience: Foster an enthusiastic environment, encourage climbers to challenge themselves, and provide assistance when needed.

Equipment Checks: Perform pre-shift safety inspections of harnesses, ropes, and autobelays.

Operations & Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day flow of sessions, manage queue lines, and assist with party hosting or special events.

Incident Response: Maintain high levels of vigilance and respond effectively to any safety concerns or minor first-aid situations.

What We Are Looking For
*Training Availability: Mandatory on-site training will be provided. Applicants must be available to attend one of the two sessions: July 23rd & 24th OR July 25th & 26th.

Experience: Previous experience in a climbing center, trampoline park, or active leisure environment is a plus but not required.

Personality: Enthusiastic, approachable, and confident when speaking to large groups.

Safety-Minded: A strong commitment to health and safety protocols with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Reliability: Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and school break periods.

Certifications: Must be willing to undergo (or already hold) a DBS check.
