AN OPPORTUNITY HAS ARISEN FOR

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

37.5hrs pw Monday – Friday

Two vacancies:-

1. Start at 7.30am, finishing at 3.00pm

2. Start at 11 am, finishing at 6:30 pm

We are an extremely friendly, efficient, high-achieving, and forward-thinking training practice, and we are seeking to appoint two full-time Office Administrators to join our team.

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals who are passionate about delivering a high-quality service. Our patient list size is approximately 13,500, and we operate across two sites located within two miles of each other.

We are part of the Stevenage South Primary Care Network (PCN), comprising five surgeries and serving a population of approximately 65,000 patients. Dedicated PCN staff are in place to provide additional support.

The successful candidates will work as integral members of the practice team. A significant proportion of the role (approximately 25 hours per week) will involve reception duties, with the remaining time covering a variety of administrative tasks, including complex clinical reporting, project management, and training lead, overseeing and providing hands-on training. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated, with excellent communication and organisational skills, and strong attention to detail.

You will be working in a friendly, dynamic, and supportive environment. The post is based in the leafy town of Stevenage, with free parking available and local shops within walking distance.
