Full job description

Therapeutic Care is a residential childcare provider based in Lancashire. At our core, we believe in supporting our teams through learning and development to be able to deliver high quality care with therapeutic approach to children and young people, inspire confidence and help them reach their potential.

We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated and energetic Practitioner to join our small team in Kendal. As a Practitioner you will provide high quality care to children and young people in our services using integrated therapeutic approach.

No qualifications or experience required as we provide full training to support you in your role!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Working hours: 8am to 11pm

Shift Pattern: 1 on 2 off rolling shift pattern

Additional pay:

- Sleep in rate - £65 per sleep

Overtime paid at £1 extra
