Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Dispenser. As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications to patients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent patient care.

Duties
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Maintain proper inventory levels of medications and supplies
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medication therapy
- Provide patient counseling on medication use, side effects, and precautions
- Process prescription orders and verify insurance coverage
- Maintain patient records and confidential information
- Assist with medication compounding and labeling as needed

Requirements
- Proven experience in medication administration and patient care
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations and drug interactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
