Full job description

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) However, we are also happy to consider applications from candidates seeking part-time hours, and the role may be offered as two part-time positions for the right applicants.
Location: GP Practice

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Diabetes Specialist Nurse / Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive primary care team.

This role is ideally suited to a registered nurse who is insulin trained and experienced in diabetes management within primary care, whilst also being confident in delivering a broad range of general practice nursing services. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting patients with diabetes and other long-term conditions, whilst contributing to the delivery of high-quality nursing care across the practice.

Applications from nurses without insulin training and significant diabetes management experience within primary care will not be considered.
