About the Role:
Lisburn is one of Northern Ireland’s key commercial and distribution locations, and at LS Motion Global Logistics Ltd, we help businesses keep their goods, people and operations moving efficiently.
We provide logistics coordination, transport management and supply chain support for businesses operating across the United Kingdom and international markets. We believe successful logistics requires more than moving products from one location to another. It requires accurate planning, dependable communication and strong operational leadership.
We are looking for a Logistics Operations Manager who can take responsibility for our day-to-day logistics activities and help improve the performance of our transport and distribution operations.
You will coordinate operational teams, monitor deliveries, manage service providers and ensure that customer requirements are completed safely, accurately and on schedule. You will also work closely with suppliers, drivers, warehouse teams and senior management to identify operational issues and introduce practical solutions.

Growing Business:
You will join a developing logistics organisation with opportunities to contribute to future systems, procedures and operational standards.
Career Development:
We support professional development through relevant training, management coaching and opportunities to take on broader operational responsibilities as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities:

Review existing procedures and recommend practical improvements that increase efficiency, reduce errors and improve service quality.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure logistics activities comply with company procedures, health and safety requirements and relevant transport regulations.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports for senior management covering operational performance, service issues, staffing requirements and improvement initiatives.
