Chef de Partie (CDP)

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie (CDP) to join the kitchen team at Welbeck Manor & Golf.
This is a great opportunity to join an established, friendly team working alongside a well-established and much-loved Head Chef and Sous Chef, who are committed to producing great food and developing their kitchen team.
The Role
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of our kitchen, preparing and cooking food to a consistently high standard across:
- Our seasonal restaurant menus
- Breakfast service
- Weddings and private functions
- Events and special occasions
- Sunday lunches and other busy service periods
- Supporting the wider kitchen team when required
We pride ourselves on using good-quality ingredients and creating menus that are seasonal, interesting and enjoyable for our guests.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about food and enjoys working in a busy kitchen
- Experienced as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
- Confident with food preparation and cooking
- Able to work efficiently and calmly during busy services
- Organised, reliable and able to manage their own section
- Able to maintain consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
- Knowledgeable about food hygiene, allergens and kitchen safety
- A good team player with a positive attitude
- Keen to learn, develop and contribute ideas
- Comfortable working across restaurant, breakfast and event services
- Able to communicate well with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider team
