The role
This is a customer-facing role within a premium retail environment where safety, professionalism and service must work together seamlessly.
You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while also contributing positively to the customer journey and wider store experience.
This includes:
Creating a visible, welcoming and reassuring presence within store
Supporting customers and colleagues professionally and confidently
Responding appropriately to incidents, theft and security concerns
Helping de-escalate challenging situations calmly and respectfully
Working collaboratively with store teams as part of the wider M&S environment
Delivering high standards of professionalism, communication and customer service at all times
