Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter / Multi-Trader to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing a variety of works to extensions, loft conversions, repair, and refurbishment works across domestic properties. Key Responsibilities:
· 1st fix carpentry (stud walls, joists, roofing, structural work)
· 2nd fix carpentry (doors, skirting, architraves, kitchens, finishing work)
- General multi-trade tasks including:
- Basic plumbing
- Tiling
- Painting and decorating
- Kitchen and bathroom fitting
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional site
- Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in carpentry and multi-trade work
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- Own tools required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude
