Performance Creative Creator (Video/AI)

A Performance Creative Creator at Protein Works is a key driver of high-impact creative across brand, digital, and performance channels. While based in the Brand Team, this role works hand-in-hand with Paid Media, Growth and Social teams, providing creative support, content sourcing, editing, and amplification to deliver engaging, conversion-driven campaigns.

You will own third-party content platforms (e.g. Twirl), manage UGC, EGC, testimonials and video content on and off-site (i.a. Marketplaces, TikTok), and create content as well as ads that resonate, convert, and scale across channels. You will also leverage AI-powered design and creative platforms to enhance efficiency, accelerate asset production, and elevate the quality and consistency of content.

Creativity, pace, and execution are central to this role. You’ll be hands-on, producing and curating content while ensuring it drives measurable results. You will partner closely with internal teams across Brand, Paid Media, Social, and Growth Squads to ensure every asset has maximum impact.

Core Responsibilities

Content Sourcing & Management

Curate, edit, and repurpose content for use across multiple channels, including the website, social media, and paid campaigns, and marketplaces, optimising each asset for engagement, conversion, and amplification.
Use AI-driven design platforms and creative tools to streamline workflows, speed up asset production, and support scalable content creation.
Manage third-party content platforms to source high-quality user-generated content (UGC), testimonials, and influencer assets, ensuring a steady stream of authentic, on-brand creative.
Maintain a structured, easily accessible content library that supports creative efficiency, storytelling consistency, and cross-channel amplification.
Oversee video testimonial platforms to showcase UGC and customer stories on our website, ensuring content is compelling, on-brand, and strategically aligned with campaign goals.
Collaborate closely with Paid Media and Growth teams, providing ready-to-use assets that drive performance while maintaining brand integrity.

Creative Strategy & Execution

Collaborate with the Brand Team to ideate, script, and produce high-performing creative for ads, social, and website content.
Lead the creation of static, UGC, and video content from concept through production, ensuring creative excellence and alignment with brand guidelines.
Experiment with AI tools and third-party platforms to streamline content creation and boost efficiency.
Design and implement AI-powered automations and creative systems to accelerate asset production, testing, and cross-channel scaling.

Performance & Amplification

Ensure creative assets are optimised for cross-channel performance, including Paid Social, website, and email campaigns and marketplaces.
Analyse performance data to refine creative, iterate quickly, and scale successful content.
Identify opportunities to amplify existing assets across channels to maximise reach and engagement.

Collaboration & Leadership

Partner closely with internal teams: Brand, Paid Media, Social, and Growth Squads to align on content strategy and execution.
Support the team in developing creative assets that serve both brand storytelling and revenue-driving objectives.
Act as a key brand advocate, ensuring all content reflects Protein Works’ identity, values, and quality standards.
