As our lettings portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Lettings Negotiator / Property Administrator to join our team. Whether you're already working in lettings or looking to build a long-term career in the property industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Experience is preferred, but it isn't essential. What matters most is your attitude, motivation and willingness to learn. Full training and ongoing support will be provided for the right person.
About the Role
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for helping us grow our lettings department whilst delivering an exceptional service to landlords and tenants from initial enquiry through to move in and beyond.
You'll be involved in every aspect of residential lettings, including:
- Conducting property viewings
- Carrying out rental valuations
- Winning new landlord instructions
- Building and developing our lettings portfolio
- Negotiating tenancy agreements
- Progressing lets from application through to move in
- Completing property inspections
- Preparing inventories and check-in/check-out reports
- Managing maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
- General lettings administration
- Speaking with landlords and tenants by telephone, email and in person
- Working towards individual and team performance targets

About You
We're looking for someone who is:

- Confident using computers and learning new software
Essential Requirements
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Own vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT and administrative skills
Desirable
- Previous experience in residential lettings or property management
- Rent Smart Wales trained or licensed
- Knowledge of Welsh housing legislation and compliance
- Experience carrying out inventories or inspections
