Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grill Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality grilled dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to specified recipes and standards
Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the grill station, adhering to food safety regulations
Assist in meal preparation, including marinating, seasoning, and portioning ingredients
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Serve food efficiently and courteously to customers when required

Qualifications
