About the Service
We have a few services in Neath, and the successful candidate may be allocated to support across these in line with operational and business needs.

Longford Court includes four residential homes, Ty Coed, Ty Mawr, Ty Mynydd, and Ty Canol, and one bungalow, Ty Coed Bungalow. Pale Road and Old Road are specialist services that provides 24-hour residential support for four autistic adults with moderate to complex behavioural needs.

About the Role
Together with your Registered Manager or Service Manager, you will be leading and managing designated adult services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for the people we support.

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain a responsive support service to autistic people
Provide mentoring to and assist with the development and management of the support team
Assist with effective staff performance management in line with NAS policy and procedures

What We’re Looking For

Experience of working with people with disabilities, including autistic people
Relevant Level 3 qualification or willingness to work towards
Proven ability to work on own initiative, be well organised, prioritise effectively, and achieve results against deadlines

This advert is for a full time position at 35 Hours per week.
