Full job description

Pay: £ depending on knowledge and experience, right candidate's wages to be discussed further.

Job Description:

Contracts Manager position promoting a high-quality range of various pitched roofing services
Managing all aspects of the contracts from the tender stage all the way through to the completion
Monitoring all site activity; organising all site workers, collating risk assessments and carrying out health and safety checks
Organising the delivery of all materials that will be needed on site and ensuring they arrive on time
Keeping all works moving smoothly and ensuring that project deadlines are adhered to, whilst maintaining project cost plans
Liaising with clients and providing reports for the project
Attending pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients
Managing pre-contract planning and liaison with estimators
Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
Electronically documenting all contract-related correspondence, identifying and recording progress and problems
Managing contracts ranging in value from £5k - £200k
Reporting back to the director on live projects.

The candidate must have:

At least 10 years’ experience in pitched roofing
Excellent references
CSCS Card
