Full job description

Location: Chelsea Showroom, 247 Fulham Road, London, SW3 6HY

Hours: 3 days per week, including every Saturday

Salary: £30,000 pro rata

2 positions available.

Join our vibrant Castrads Chelsea showroom as a part-time Showroom Assistant. You'll be at the heart of our customer interactions and the first person they’ll meet when they come in. We are looking for enthusiasm, great communication skills and a passion for helping customers. Your primary role will be creating a welcoming atmosphere, acting as host and chatting to people about products you’re proud of.

Castrads is renowned for crafting enduring radiators, and we uphold a circular business ethos, prioritising family and well-being.

No prior industry experience is required.

Key Qualifications

Enthusiasm for interacting with people and excellent communication skills.
A welcoming and helpful demeanour.
Available to work every Saturday.
Experience with catering/ barista skills to provide a thorough hospitality experience

What You’ll Be Doing

Welcoming customers into the showroom, helping them feel at ease from the moment they arrive
Hosting- making drinks for customers, keeping children entertained with our colouring books and jigsaw puzzles
Talking products- chatting to customers about our range, answering questions, suggesting next steps, and giving an overview of our services
Capturing information- taking detailed, useful notes from customer conversations and gathering basic details so our sales team can follow up effectively
Supporting the sales team- assisting with adhoc sales and follow up tasks as needed.
Keeping the showroom looking its best- presentable, tidy, and welcoming at all times
Opening and closing the showroom on Saturdays
Answering phones and emails- dealing with general enquiries that come into the showroom, redirecting to the right team member where needed
Stock and supplies- keeping an eye on refreshment supplies (coffee, tea, biscuits, children's activity supplies) and flagging when things need restocking
Supporting events - helping out with occasional showroom events or evenings, which may fall outside of business hours.
Representing the brand - acting as a positive, knowledgeable ambassador for Castrads at all times, both in person and on the phone
