Within the Visual Merchandising team, the Visual Merchandising Executive is responsible for providing support to the smooth-running UK VM department, interpreting creative briefs into designs that work for the local market, and overseeing various seasonal product launches and special projects.
This role is crucial for ensuring the consistent and high-quality execution of visual merchandising strategies across all points of sale, contributing directly to brand image and sales performance. The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including marketing, sales, creative teams, purchasing, and retail teams.
Ideally, you would have 3-5 years’ experience within luxury beauty or a similar industry.

Excel for Ultimate Luxury:
- Attention to detail: Absolutely critical for visual merchandising in a luxury brand to ensure every display is flawless and reflects the brand's high standards.
- Strategic Thinking: Understanding how visual merchandising contributes to overall business goals, brand image, and customer experience, not just aesthetics.
Create Passionately:
- Creative & Innovative: The ability to constantly generate fresh, engaging, and on-brand visual concepts to keep displays exciting and relevant.
- Initiative: Proactively identifying opportunities for visual enhancements and proposing solutions without being prompted.
Craft Together with Joy:
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Visual merchandising requires constant coordination with various internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, store staff) and external suppliers, making collaborative skills essential.
- Communication & Interpersonal skills: Clearly articulating visual guidelines, providing feedback, and building strong working relationships are key to successful execution.
Hard Skills:
- Visual Merchandising Principles: In-depth knowledge of visual merchandising best practices, including display techniques, lighting, signage, and product placement.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing and tracking budgets for visual merchandising initiatives, including procurement and supplier costs.
- Supplier Management: Ability to effectively communicate with, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external suppliers for props, fixtures, and other visual elements.
- Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator)
Inclusivity is not just a noble principle; it is the very heart of our excellence. In a world where our clients, talents, and ideas increasingly come from diverse backgrounds, our diversity is our strength.
At Parfums Christian Dior, this means being a House where everyone feels respected, welcomed, and valued, regardless of their uniqueness. Because we know well: a House that reflects this diversity is a sustainable, vibrant House, rooted in both dreams and reality. Inclusivity cannot be decreed; it is practiced daily.
