As a Centre Operative, you’ll support the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the picking operation, maintain accurate stock control, and help ensure all routes are delivered in full and on time.
Hours, Salary & Benefits
- £36,864.00 per annum, paid monthly
- 48 hours per week, working Sunday to Friday nights
- 28 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and manage products within the warehouse
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Carry out daily stock counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Support cost control and ensure replenishment teams have accurate data
- Work collaboratively to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across warehouse, yard and vehicles
- Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene, MQS and GDPR requirements
- Undertake delivery routes (residential and B2B) where required
- Maintain excellent service levels in line with customer expectations
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Full UK Driving Licence (B, C or Class 2)
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work night shifts
- Physically capable of meeting role demands
