Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Seasonal Bar Staff to join our vibrant team during the busy season. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within the hospitality industry, providing exceptional service to our guests in a lively environment. The ideal candidate will be friendly, efficient, and capable of working under pressure while maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Serve drinks and refreshments to customers in a courteous and professional manner
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Restock bar supplies as needed, including glasses, garnishes, and beverages
Assist with setting up and packing down the bar before and after service shifts
Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Manage multiple tasks effectively during busy periods, demonstrating strong time management skills

Requirements

Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in a bar environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Good basic maths skills for handling cash and transactions
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Ability to work well under pressure during busy periods
A responsible attitude towards alcohol service and customer safety
