Join the Waterloo House Team – Food Runner & Table Host
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic person to join our front-of-house team.
This is an entry-level hospitality role, ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a busy, independent café bar.
Your role will include:
- Running food to tables.
- Clearing and resetting tables.
- Looking after customers during their visit.
- Supporting the front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly.
This is not a bar or cocktail-making role initially. We believe in training people properly, so once you’ve mastered the basics, there’ll be opportunities to progress into serving drinks and bar work.
Hours:
- Mainly Fridays and Saturdays.
- More hours available as we head into our busy autumn and winter season.

- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: National Minimum/Living Wage (depending on age).
