Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager – Edinburgh

Location: Edinburgh – dual-site role

Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:30pm; Friday 8:30am–4:00pm

The Role

We are looking for an experienced,motivated and organised Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of two of our dental practices in Edinburgh.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident practice manager who enjoys leading teams,maintaining high clinical and operational standards,and creating an exceptional experience for both patients and staff.

Working across two sites,you will play a key role in ensuring both practices run efficiently,safely and commercially,while supporting and developing your teams.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of both dental practices.
Lead,motivate and support practice teams across both sites.
Ensure excellent patient care and a consistently high level of customer service.
Manage staffing,rotas,recruitment,onboarding and performance.
Monitor practice performance,KPIs and commercial results.
Ensure compliance with relevant dental,health & safety and regulatory requirements.
Maintain high standards of clinical governance,infection control and practice presentation.
Support dentists,dental nurses,reception teams and other practice staff.
Manage patient feedback and resolve complaints professionally and effectively.
Oversee stock control,suppliers,equipment and general facilities management.
Identify opportunities to improve processes,efficiency and patient experience.
Work closely with the wider management team to achieve business objectives.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

An experienced dental practice manager,ideally with experience managing a busy practice or multiple sites.
GDC registered
A strong and confident people leader who can inspire and develop a team.
Highly organised,proactive and commercially aware.
Comfortable working across two locations and managing competing priorities.
Passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
Confident dealing with staff,patients,clinicians and external stakeholders.
Knowledgeable about dental practice compliance and regulatory requirements.
A strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
Positive,approachable and able to lead by example.
