About Us

Castle Group Ltd is a UK manufacturer of noise and vibration monitoring equipment, based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, and trusted by customers across the UK and internationally since 1971. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Global Relationship and Marketing Executive to play a central role in supporting our Managing Director in the wider development of the business.

About the Role

This is a relationship building and business support role at the heart of Castle Group's growth plans. You'll work closely with the Managing Director on business planning, report writing and grant applications, while building long term relationships with clients and distributors across the UK and internationally. You'll also support our sales team with quotations, help develop our CRM system, and work alongside our external marketing team on campaigns, trade shows and events.

No two days are the same, and you'll have real scope to shape how you approach the role.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Managing Director with business plans, reports and grant applications, through to completion
Building and maintaining long term relationships with clients and distributors, both in the UK and internationally
Supporting the sales team with equipment quotations and customer enquiries
Developing and improving our Zoho CRM system
Working with our external marketing team on social media, email marketing platforms, and marketing materials
Planning and attending trade shows and corporate events, including occasional international travel and some evening/weekend work (time off in lieu provided)

What We're Looking For

Experience in a relationship focused sales, account management, marketing or export role
Confidence preparing quotations and handling customer enquiries
Strong written communication skills, including report writing
Experience using a CRM system
Experience managing social media platforms for a business
Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to build trust with a range of contacts
Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Eligible to work in the UK, and willing to travel within the UK and internationally, including occasional overnight stays
