Summary

Join our team at a popular village primary school as a Wrap Around Care Assistant. This part-time position is perfect for those who enjoy working with children and providing a safe and nurturing environment for them outside of regular school hours. The role includes assisting with both the breakfast and after-school clubs.

Day-to-day of the role:

Supervise children during the breakfast club from 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM and the after-school club from 3:15 PM to 5:45 PM.
Assist in preparing and serving breakfast and afternoon snacks.
Engage children in activities that are both fun and educational.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in attendance.
Maintain a clean and organised environment.
Communicate effectively with parents and school staff regarding childrens activities and well-being.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience working with children in a supervisory or assistant role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to create a warm and safe environment for children.
Enhanced DBS check (required).
First aid certification (preferred).
