Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of motorcycle models to ensure optimal performance and safety. Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of motorcycles to identify mechanical issues
- Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems
- Replace worn or damaged parts using hand tools and power tools
- Carry out routine servicing, including oil changes, tyre replacements, and adjustments
- Test ride motorcycles after repairs to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during repair processes
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers
- Experience with power tools including drills, grinders, and impact drivers
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills for liaising with customers regarding repairs and maintenance requirements
