We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, closing deals and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Role
This is a sales-focused account management role where you'll manage warm enquiries, build your own pipeline, convert opportunities into orders, and develop long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
You'll become a trusted adviser, helping customers choose the right vehicle and finance solution while guiding them through every stage of the leasing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales enquiries from business and private customers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into vehicle orders.
- Develop long-term customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional vehicles and services.
- Negotiate confidently while delivering excellent value and customer service.
- Liaise with finance providers, dealerships and manufacturers.
- Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate records using the company CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- A confident and motivated salesperson with a passion for delivering results.
- Experienced in sales, account management or business development.
- An excellent communicator who can quickly build rapport and trust.
- Commercially aware with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Organised, self-motivated and target driven.
- Comfortable managing multiple opportunities at different stages of the sales process.

Pay: £25,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
