Full job description

The Wasdell Group is a privately owned global pharmaceutical services organisation operating across three UK facilities. As a European leader in outsourced pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, storage and distribution, we support customers across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare sectors with compliant and customer-focused solutions.

Job Summary

This role requires acting as the internal administrative support function to the internal / external sales team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative duties in supporting the day-to-day operation of the department. At all times ensuring administrative work is completed effectively and in coordination of customer activities to align with maintaining excellent customer service and responsiveness.

Can sufficiently analyse and interpret financial and statistical data

Duties

Assist in supporting the day-to-day operation of the department ensuring that it is trading effectively, and the internal / external sales team are helped with their administrative duties for all clients.
Process all sales orders quickly and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and policies, at all times with employees and customer safety as the uppermost priority.
Support creation of Master Batch Record Production documentation for Nutritional Products.
Support raising of change control, deviation and CAPA documentation when necessary and as per SOP procedures
Ensure customers are fully supported by effective organisation and prioritisation of day-to-day activities.
Carry out from time to time and as directed, any other duties as required in addition to the above that will be both reasonable and within your capabilities and instructed by the internal / external sales team

This role would be an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in administrative skills and attention to detail. This is a fast-paced role in a dynamic business.
