Full job description

Client Relationship Executive / Client Service Associate acts as the crucial bridge between a Mazuma and its clients. This role blends relationship building with administrative support, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth business operations.

Core Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary daily contact for client accounts. Act as the face of the firm to build trust, resolve queries, and handle escalations / complaints professionally
Onboarding & Compliance: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, which includes assisting with contracts, executing Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, and updating CRM databases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments (e.g., Bookkeepers, Accountants, Finance, Payroll) to resolve client issues and execute requests smoothly
MazApp Support: Triage incoming manual and electronic communications / workflows to ensure teams work with work-ready files.

Key Qualifications

Education: A “business related” degree is preferred but character, communication ability and experience will be valued
Experience: Typically 1–3 years of experience in client services, account management, or a support role within a professional services or investment/advisory firm.
Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate, influence, and articulate requirements clearly.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and industry standard software

Core Competencies

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues under pressure.
Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Risk & Compliance Focus: High attention to detail regarding regulatory requirements and internal best-practice.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
